Our process.
Consultation.
Whether you’re starting with an idea or working from completed plans, the first step is a conversation. We’ll meet with you to understand your vision, site, and indicative budget, and offer guidance on next steps. If finance is required, this is also a good time to speak with your bank or mortgage broker.
Concept.
The right architect is key to unlocking the full potential of your site. We can introduce you to a carefully curated selection of architects to suit your project and style. By being involved early in the design process, we help ensure the concept remains aligned with your budget from the outset.
Design + cost.
Once the concept is established, we work closely with the architect to provide early cost guidance. As the design progresses to full documentation, we prepare a detailed build price, giving you clarity and confidence before moving forward with finance approvals.
Consent.
With plans finalised, the project is submitted for council consent. We liaise with council as needed, confirm timelines, and formalise the build through a clear and transparent contract.
Construction.
With work underway, you’ll have full visibility of progress through our job management portal. We coordinate trades, manage inspections, and quality-assure every stage of the build. Regular site meetings, weekly updates, and clear communication keep you informed and involved throughout.
Completion.
Once your home is complete, we remain committed to its quality. As Registered Master Builders, all work is covered by a 10-year guarantee, providing peace of mind long after handover.
